Through my health coaching services, we will explore key areas of your well-being, such as nutrition, exercise, stress management, and self-care practises (including values based boundary-setting), to identify opportunities for positive changes. Together, we will identify your core values, personality traits, and the motivating reasons why your desire for change is important to you. Through a personalised plan tailored to your health goals, we will shift your perspectives, strengthen your mental and emotional frameworks and boost your wellbeing.

Additionally, I offer transformative hypnotherapy sessions that combine psychotherapy, hypnosis, hypnoanalysis, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and guided imagery to address a range of issues and promote personal growth, as well as science-based Somatic Psycho-Neurosensory techniques such as the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or Tapping), Eye Movement De-sensitisation Reprogramming (EMDR) and Havening technique.
